Ravenna and Whitehall fighting to stay on top of boys standings; Hart will fight to hold off Montague in girls standings

The season’s end is approaching quickly for both boys and girls basketball teams in the West Michigan Conference.

The boys league race is still neck and neck as Ravenna and Whitehall are both fronting an 8-2 conference record.

Shelby and North Muskegon follow closely behind in third and fourth place with six wins and four losses apiece. Whitehall and Ravenna will fight through this weeks competitions and win out to complete the regular season.

In the girls standings, Hart stands strong at the top of the standings with a perfect 12-0 league record.

The undefeated Pirates have a big week ahead of them though as they will visit second place Montague on Thursday for an epic showdown between two top-teams in the league.
