The West Michigan Conference (WMC) has revealed its 2025 All-Conference Football Teams, spotlighting the area’s top athletes who delivered standout performances across the Rivers and Lakes Divisions. This year’s selections honor players who showed strength, leadership, and determination in one of the state’s most competitive high school football leagues.
Lakes Division
The Ludington Orioles emerged as the class of the Lakes Division, finishing the season with a perfect 6–0 league record, followed by Oakridge (5–1) and Whitehall (4–2). Montague (3-3), Orchard View (2-4), Manistee (1-5), and Fremont (0-6) rounded out the standings.
Offensive Selections
Wide Receivers:
Taj Williams (Ludington), Kyle Himes Jr. (Ludington), and Braylen Zimmerman (Manistee) earned First Team honors for their big-play ability and consistency. Honorable Mentions went to Mikey Himes (Ludington) and Hunter Osborne (Whitehall).
Tight End:
Corde Anderson (Whitehall) led the position group, with Noah Hanson (Fremont) receiving Honorable Mention recognition.
Offensive Line:
- Tackles: Walt Autrey (Ludington) and Brett Kroll (Oakridge) anchored strong offensive fronts, while Elijah Eilers (Montague) earned Honorable Mention.
- Guards: Blake Nelson (Ludington) and Isaac French (Montague) were named to the First Team, with Gage Sturgeon (Oakridge) recognized as Honorable Mention.
- Center: Colin Shelton (Ludington) earned top honors, followed by Jameson Jeffery (Whitehall).
Quarterback:
Ludington’s Cam Gunsell led the league under center, with Whitehall’s Cole Essebaggers receiving Honorable Mention.
Running Backs:
Ca’Mari Reese (Orchard View), Cole Moss (Montague), and Liam Leeke (Whitehall) led the ground game across the division. Honorable Mentions went to Carter Friens (Fremont) and Jordan Guerrero-McGrady (Oakridge).
Blocking Back:
Messiah Himes (Ludington) earned the top honor, with Landin Sowa (Manistee), Fletcher Thommen (Montague), and Jayden Dailey (Oakridge) rounding out Honorable Mentions.
Defensive Selections
Defensive Ends:
Corde Anderson (Whitehall) and Aiden Hruskach (Oakridge) earned First Team recognition, while Thomas Klein (Orchard View) was named Honorable Mention.
Linemen:
Connor Chaney (Ludington), Dylan Cunningham (Oakridge), Caden Bowyer (Whitehall), and Maverick Osborne (Montague) represented the league’s most dominant defensive fronts. Lawrence Spencer (Orchard View) received Honorable Mention.
Linebackers:
Cooper Holmes (Ludington), Landin Sowa (Manistee), and Preston Six (Oakridge) were named First Team selections, with Hunter Peterson (Whitehall) earning Honorable Mention.
Defensive Backs:
Cam Gunsell (Ludington), Messiah Himes (Ludington), Dane Roesler (Montague), and Cody Manzo (Whitehall) led the secondary, with Honorable Mentions to Dayvion Neal-Berry (Manistee) and Logen Huston (Oakridge).

Rivers Division
In the Rivers Division, North Muskegon continued its dominance, finishing undefeated at 5–0, followed by Mason County Central and Hart (both 3–2). Ravenna and Shelby finished tied at 2–3, while Hesperia rounded out the standings.

Eli Edons (Hesperia), Eli Smith (Mason County Central), and Cullen Bartos (North Muskegon) headline the group, with Beckett Hoppa (North Muskegon) and Trevor Weiss (Shelby) earning Honorable Mentions.

Haegen Hansen (Hart) secured First Team honors, while Kaden Ruiz (Mason County Central) earned Honorable Mention.
Offensive Line:
- Tackles: Cayden Caniff (Ravenna) and Adrian Lara (Hart), with Noah Walker (Hesperia) and Granite Miller (Mason CC) receiving Honorable Mentions.
