Fiery senior lineman recaps Whitehall’s 2021 season in final Coaches Corner episode

A highly successful 2021 Whitehall football season ended Friday night in a tough 24-14 loss at Cadillac in the Division 4 district finals.

Senior lineman Gabe Reavey was special guest on the Vikings’ final Coaches Corner episode of the season, joining coach Tony Sigmon on the Sunday night show.

Reavey and Sigmon reflect on Friday’s game as well as the memorable season, in which Whitehall earned a share of the West Michigan Conference title for the first time since 1999. One of the Vikings’ highlights was defeating rival Montague, 34-14, in the “Battle for the Bell” game.

Whitehall closes the season with an 8-3 record.
