Owen Raeth scored a season-high 24 points in leading Montague past host Orchard View, 52-31, in a West Michigan Conference Lakes Division boys basketball game Friday night.
The 5-foot-7 senior guard made three 3-pointers as the Wildcats improved to 3-1 overall on the season (1-1 WMC Lakes).
Junior Riley Mulder provided Montague a big boost with a season-high 12 points, while senior Isaiah Atchison added 10 points.
No stats or details were submitted for Orchard View, which is now 1-3 overall and 0-2 in the WMC Lakes.
Next week, Montague visits Fruitport on Tuesday and hosts Whitehall on Thursday. Meanwhile, OV travels to Newaygo Tuesday and entertains Manistee on Thursday.
