LANSING — A great run by Montague’s football program came to an end in Saturday’s 31-13 loss at Lansing Catholic in a Division 6 regional final.
The Wildcats, who rolled to a 12-0 record and Division 6 state championship in 2020, finished 8-4 during a 2021 season in which they won their fifth-straight district title and shared the West Michigan Conference crown. They were 30-10 in the last three seasons combined.
