Big week of games expected to shake up league standings

West Michigan Conference fans are in store for another round of intense competition as we move into February.

Two of the better boys basketball matchups this week feature second-place Whitehall at first-place Ravenna Tuesday night followed by the Vikings at fellow second-place team North Muskegon on Friday. The latter will be the CatchMark SportsNet Game of the Week.

In addition, the Shelby boys travel to North Muskegon on Tuesday to try and break up the standings.

Although Hart girls basketball team commands an overall league lead, you never know what can happen during a rivalry week. Shelby will travel to Hart, second-place Montague visits Whitehall, and North Muskegon will host Ravenna.
