See which West Michigan Conference boys soccer players earned 2022 all-state honors

A number of players received second team, third team or honorable mention accolades.

The Michigan High School Soccer Coaches Association recently unveiled its boys all-state soccer teams for the 2022 season.

A number of West Michigan Conference players earned recognition on the MHSSCA all-state squads. Here they are:

DIVISION 2

Third Team

Parker Wendt (Ludington), junior, forward

Honorable Mention

Spencer Holmes (Ludington), junior, forward

DIVISION 3

Second Team

Arturo Romero (Oakridge), junior, forward

Honorable Mention

Ben Schlaff (Manistee), senior, defender

Jack Houtteman (Whitehall), senior, midfield

DIVISION 4

Second Team

Leighton Hunt (North Muskegon), junior, keeper

Gabe Lenius (North Muskegon), senior, midfield
