State runner-up skiier, CatchMark newcomer take a run on podcast

It’s not often you see an athlete who competes in football, skiing, and golf.

Braydon Sorenson is not the typical high school athlete.

Fresh off his graduation ceremony for Manistee High School on Saturday, he made the trip south to Whitehall Monday to be the featured guest on Season 7 Episode 6 of the CatchMark SportsNet Podcast.

Sorenson and podcast host Scott DeCamp were joined by Kat Hyder, who is CatchMark’s new sales and business development manager.

The trio addressed many topics, including Sorenson’s experiences in football and golf but especially his success as a state runner-up skier who also competes in the sport outside of Michigan.

Like Sorenson, Hyder keeps herself very busy, including as an assistant for the Reeths-Puffer varsity softball team that’s enjoying a special season.
