Division 2

District 18

District 20

Spring Lake V Kenowa Hills – Spring Lake won this one efficiently. They beat out Kenowa Hills, who was 8-8-3 on the season, 4-0. They will take on Fruitport, who sat out round one with a bye. Stay tuned to see more on this rivalry district matchup!

Division 3

District 34

No action as of last night! Stay tuned for updates throughout this Districts Finals!

District 36

All games were played last night, see a summary below!

Montague V Grant – Montague was strong in this matchup. Lead by Mr. Goals (Trevor Trevino) they won decisively 6-1 over Grant. They will play Orchard View in round 2, who they beat earlier this season 3-1.

Orchard View V Tri-County – Orchard View was solid in this one. They started this one down, 3-1, in the first half but were able to come back and tie it up at the final buzzer. That lead them to OT where OV was able to take the game 6-4. They will take on Montague in round 2.

Fremont V Newaygo – Fremont was able to get out of this one efficently, winning 8 – 0 and dropping the mercy rule hammer on Newaygo. They will take on Whitehall in round 2, who they beat 4-0 earlier this year.

Whitehall V Oakridge – Easily the best game of the night. Whitehall went up 3-1 at the end of the first half. Oakridge continued to fight though and was able to tie it up in the second. The game then went to overtime where Whitehall was able to put two goals in and finish the game 5-3. They will take on Fremont in round 2.

Division 4

District 52

North Muskegon V GR Wellspring Prep – North Muskegon won this one handily. They were able to mercy rule GR Wellspring Prep in this one, winning 8 – 0 with roughly 22 minutes left in the second half. They will take on the winner of Potter’s House V Lakeview in round 2.
