Vikings earn share of West Michigan Conference title with Montague and Oakridge.

WHITEHALL — Whitehall’s football program won back “The Bell” for the first time in seven years with a resounding 34-14 victory over neighboring rival Montague Friday night.

The victory gives the Vikings (7-1 overall, 5-1 West Michigan Conference) a share of their first league title since 1999. Montague (6-2, 5-1) and Oakridge (7-1, 5-1) also finish with a piece of the conference championship.
