CatchMark SportsNet is working hard to provide great, timely content of the West Michigan Conference that our readers appreciate.
That includes the updated varsity baseball, softball and girls soccer standings seen below.
However, we need help in producing such content. We’re talking to you, coaches of the aforementioned sports.
CatchMark did not publish any WMC standings last spring because they were difficult to track down. We decided to give it another shot this spring.
In order to publish these standings today, it required individual text messages to each coach or his/her athletic director. That is not very efficient, however, so here is our ask:
By no later than noon each Sunday throughout the 2023 spring sports season, please report your updated overall and WMC divisional records by emailing sports@catchmarkit.com. (Girls soccer in the WMC does not have divisions, so we’ll want the updated WMC record in that sport.)
For the coaches who did report their teams’ overall and WMC records this week, thank you!
Below are WMC Lakes and Rivers division standings for baseball and softball, and WMC standings for girls soccer. We are not tackling boys and girls track and field or girls tennis standings this spring, but maybe that could be something we’ll pursue in the future.
