West Michigan Conference girls basketball: Roundup from Dec. 20, 2022

Whitehall, Manistee post comfortable victories.

A number of West Michigan Conference girls basketball teams took the floor Tuesday night (Dec. 20).

Here is a roundup of contests involving WMC squads:

KENT CITY 58, HART 52: Back-to-back Division 3 state runner-up Kent City overcame a 42-37 fourth-quarter deficit to post a nonconference home win over Hart in a matchup of teams that could potentially see each other in the regionals.

WHITEHALL 41, FRUITPORT 29: Visiting Whitehall outscored Fruitport 19-4 in the first half and cruised to the nonleague victory.
