TWIN LAKE — The Scharp brothers were on-point during the first West Michigan Conference Lakes Division jamboree of the 2024 boys golf season Wednesday at Stonegate Golf Club.
Senior Jacob Scharp and sophomore Max Scharp both carded 39s to finish tied atop the leaderboard in the nine-hole event. They led their Manistee team to a first-place finish under sunny skies and in comfortable conditions.
