Multi-talented Montague senior QB guests on Coaches Corner, readies for regional

Not only is Andrew Kooi the senior starting quarterback for Montague’s football team, he is an All-West Michigan Conference kicker.

Learn more about Kooi’s many abilities and his thoughts on Saturday’s 1 p.m. Division 6 regional final between Montague (8-3) and host Lansing Catholic (10-1) on the latest episode of “Coaches Corner” with Wildcats coach Justin Dennett and host Scott DeCamp of CatchMark SportsNet.

Montague is coming off a 35-22 victory at Reed City, which gave the Wildcats their fifth straight district championship.

The show typically is live-streamed and recorded on Monday night, but it was moved to Wednesday this week accommodate all parties.
