Girls and boys basketball races in the West Michigan Conference are well underway.
On the girls’ side, Hart and Montague are setting the pace, just like they have the last couple seasons. Tuesday night, they’ll both bring perfect league records into their showdown at Hart.
On the boys’ side, Shelby is the lone remaining unbeaten in conference play in the early going. Ravenna and Whitehall are right there, too, with one loss apiece but it appears to be a wide-open race.
