WHITEHALL — Tim Genson has worn many hats in his three-plus decades in the Mason County Central school district.
Most identify with Genson as MCC’s athletic director and boys basketball coach. No matter how you slice it, the 1985 MCC alumnus is a Spartan through and through. At the conclusion of this school year, Genson is retiring after a long and successful career.
Genson joined the CatchMark Sports Podcast crew of Scott DeCamp, Ken Byard and Tate Stine on Monday (April 10, 2023) as a guest for Season 4 Episode 3. The foursome addressed several areas, including some of Genson’s highlights in his AD and coaching roles.
