Girls high school basketball is in the final week of the regular season.

Thanks to coaches and statisticians representing West Michigan Conference schools, CatchMark SportsNet has been able to compile and update top 10 leaders for points, assists and rebounds on a weekly basis.

Below are stat leaders in the league, updated through games played Feb. 22, 2022. They reflect all games, not just conference contests.
