West Michigan Ironmen 2022 profiles: Meet veteran DL Nick DeKraker

The West Michigan Ironmen will have to wait to hit the field again, but their fans can still get great content from CatchMark SportsNet.

Today, we continue our series of Player Profiles on select Ironmen. We’re featuring veteran defensive lineman Nick DeKraker. On Wednesday, we highlighted rookie receiver Sterling Alexander. Last week, it was quarterback Alex Carder and linebacker Derek VandenBosch.

During a preseason practice at Mercy Health Arena, CatchMark’s Billy Mann caught up DeKraker and asked him a series of questions — most of them light-hearted.

The Ironmen are idle again this week, but they’re set to return to the field for a home game on Sunday, May 14, at Mercy Health Arena against the Kentuckiana Kurse. Kickoff is set for 2 p.m.
