KENT CITY 42, HART 39: At Hart, the host Pirates took on the Eagles as two of the area’s top teams faced off. The competition did not disappoint as both squads were even at 15 after one half of play. Traded baskets in the second half made for a battle down the stretch. Down by four late in the fourth quarter, Hart was forced to foul Kent City. The Eagles capitalized on foul shots to push defeat Hart by a narrow deficit of 3.

MASON COUNTY CENTRAL 38, ONEKAMA 28: At MCC, the host Spartans jumped out to an early 13-7 lead after one quarter of play to create a 5-point deficit over the visiting Portagers. After an even second half, some late-game clutch shooting led the Spartans to victory.

WHITE CLOUD 34, NORTH MUSKEGON 21: At White Cloud, a slow start for the visiting Norse created an 8-0 advantage for the host Indians after one quarter. North Muskegon bounced back in the second quarter and entered halftime trailing by only 3 points. In the second half, White Cloud capitalized on scoring opportunities to walk away with the victory.
