Despite a slow start offensively, the visiting Pirates displayed some stellar defense in the first half leading them to a 19-9 advantage. Hart’s Abby Hicks recorded 9 of her game-high 11 points after the break, resulting in another league victory for the Pirates.

The Wildcats put up a tough battle to hang around in the first half, trailing by only 6 at the break. The talented Warriors capitalized on a flat third quarter start for the ‘Cats and picked up their sixth win of the season.
MASON COUNTY CENTRAL 61, ORCHARD VIEW 12: Host MCC put on a show for their home crowd on senior night against a struggling Orchard View team. The Spartans had a huge 39-8 lead at the break and continued their momentum through the second half.
