NORTON SHORES — The lineup may change from year to year, but expectations do not for Mona Shores’ boys golf program when it comes to the Greater Muskegon Athletic Association tournament.
For Reeths-Puffer senior Dylan Panozzo, Wednesday’s GMAA experience at Oak Ridge Golf Club was something new.
Mona Shores captured its fifth straight GMAA tourney championship, while Panozzo earned individual medalist honors for the first time by shooting an 8-under 80. The highlights of Panozzo’s round were birdies on Nos. 1 and 12 and his eagle on No. 13.
Below are team scores and top-10 finishers from the 2024 GMAA, followed by a video featuring reaction from Panozzo and Mona Shores coach Scott Volkmann.
