How to watch: Whitehall, Ravenna play for regional basketball titles tonight (March 16)

Vikings vying for first regional crown since 1965, Bulldogs going for first since 1928.

It’s been a historic season for Whitehall’s and Ravenna’s boys basketball teams.

Tonight (March 16, 2022), the Vikings and Bulldogs will try to “shock the world” as heavy underdogs.

Whitehall (18-5) will vie for its first regional title since 1965 when the Vikings take on a juggernaut, defending state champion Grand Rapids Catholic Central squad (22-1) in Division 2 action at 7 p.m. at Forest Hills Eastern High School.

Meanwhile, Ravenna (16-6) will aim for its first regional championship since 1928 when the Bulldogs tangle with perennial power Pewamo-Westphalia (19-4) in Division 3 play at 7 p.m. at Carson City-Crystal.
