The “Power Hour” is back!
The weekly show, co-hosted by Jon Russell and Mike Taylor, became popular in the eight years of its duration on WLCS-FM 98.3. After going quiet for more than a year, it’s back on the air — in video, and before a live audience.
The VanDyk Mortgage Power Hour will have its first show tonight (Thursday, Dec. 9) at North Grove Brewers, 8735 Water St. in Montague. North Grove, a title sponsor along with VanDyk Mortgage, will be hosting the show each week at 6 p.m. Thursday.
On the first show of the Power Hour’s return, Russell and Taylor will be on the stage at North Grove. They’ll be joined by special guest Billy Harris, who played football for Bo Schembechler at the University of Michigan in the late-1960s.
CatchMark SportsNet and North Grove invite you to come out to the show and interact with the Power Hour co-hosts and guest. North Grove offers a variety of food and drink options, as well as video games, a pool table, TVs and more.
Each week, the Power Hour also will air live on the CatchMark SportsNet YouTube channel. So, if you cannot make it out to North Grove, then click the photo at the top of this story and you’ll be linked to the live stream.
