The Ludington Orioles are hungry for more. After a solid .500 season, they’re back with a vengeance, ready to prove they’re a force to be reckoned with. Sure, they’ll miss some firepower on offense – David Shillinger’s departure leaves a big hole to fill. Even so, the Orioles aren’t backing down.

With their fearless leader, QB Cameron Gunsell, calling the shots, and the colossal Walt Autrey anchoring the offensive line, this team is built to battle. Gunsell’s got the arm, the smarts, and the grit to make things happen, while Autrey’s a brick wall, ensuring the pocket stays clean and the running lanes stay open.

Ludington will take on Alpena on August 29th, 2024 at home for their first match.

The Orioles are embracing the underdog role, ready to shock the league and leave their mark. They may not be the favorites, but don’t count them out. This team’s got heart, and they’re ready to unleash it on the gridiron. Be on the lookout, this team could easily be a dark horse in the West Michigan Conference – Lakes this year and I wouldn’t doubt if they took down some of the major league teams.
