WMC boys basketball: Ravenna alone in first place, North Muskegon stays hot

Hart pulls out big win over Montague, Mason County Central rolls in nonleague game.

In a West Michigan Conference boys basketball race with plenty of twists and turns, Ravenna pulled back into the lead position by a nose.

The Bulldogs’ 57-48 road victory over Shelby Tuesday night put them a half-game ahead of Whitehall in the league standings, as the Vikings did not play.

Ravenna has a big game this Friday at Montague in the CatchMark SportsNet Game of the Week, which will be livestreamed for free on our YouTube channel.

Elsewhere, North Muskegon remains the hottest team in the league with a fourth-straight win, while Hart pulled out a big home victory in a thriller.
