WMC boys basketball: Red-hot Oakridge wins overtime thriller at Whitehall (watch replay)

Vikings still alone atop league standings as Ravenna falls at Mason County Central.

It’s been an interesting boys basketball season in the West Michigan Conference, to say the least.

As the regular season winds down, Oakridge and Montague are playing like the teams many thought they would be.

The Eagles are riding a five-game winning streak now after a big week that included victories over the conference’s top two title contenders, Whitehall and Ravenna. The Wildcats also have been doing a lot of winning lately and they kept that rolling Friday night.

Here is a roundup of WMC boys basketball action Feb. 18, 2022. Check out the stream replay above from the Oakridge-Whitehall game.
