BOYS BASKETBALL
Whitehall erupts for 91-54 win over Oakridge
In a battle of boys basketball teams entering with one combined loss, Whitehall got rolling and never slowed down en route to a 91-54 victory over visiting Oakridge on Thursday. Camden Thompson finished with 27 points, 14 rebounds, and three dunks as nearly everybody got into the scoring act for the unbeaten Vikings.
Every Montague player cracked the scoring column as the host Wildcats ran away from visiting Kent City, 72-31, in nonleague action last Wednesday.

GIRLS BASKETBALL
Fremont stays unbeaten in WMC Lakes play
Visiting Fremont pulled away from Whitehall for a 45-28 victory last Wednesday and stayed unbeaten in WMC Lakes Division play.

Montague’s Jimmy Thommen notches 100th career win
Montague senior Jimmy Thommen reached the 100-win milestone for his career in a dual match against Orchard View last Wednesday.
The 120-pounder enters the week with a 13-3 record on the season.

BOWLING
Orchard View sweeps rival Oakridge
Orchard View’s girls and boys bowling teams swept rival Oakridge last Monday at Northway Lanes.
In the girls competition, Orchard View defeated league-leading and previously unbeaten Oakridge, 28-2. Zariah Burt (139-192–331) and Nazalia Mendiola (138-192–330) led the way for the Cardinals.
On the boys’ side, Orchard View edged Oakridge, 16-14, to improve the Cardinal record to 7-1 and move into first place in the league standings. Leading the way for OV were Ashton Tjapkes (201-224–425), Tristen Beerman (190-166–356), and Keaton TenBrink (200-138–338).
